As a Field Collections Agent, you’ll be performing the same core recovery function but with an additional responsibility of physical customer engagement and field visits.

Field Collections Agent (FCA) role

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Collections – Recover outstanding debts through physical visits to customers.
  • Account Visits – Conduct the required number of productive customer visits daily.
  • Locate Customers – Trace customers who are unreachable through phone-based collection

Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
