Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the operations team to streamline loan disbursements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in lending or financial services.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of Kenyan financial regulations is a plus.
